This portal (www.aspm.ro), hereinafter referred to as “site” is administered by the Association for Health and Medical Programs. Access to this portal and its use and related websites imply acceptance of the following terms and conditions. The following terms and conditions are considered to constitute minimum applicable provisions, the use of the site being subject by law to the provisions of the legislation in force.

DEFINITIONS

In this document the following terms are translated as follows:

– site: the portal belonging to and being administered by the Association for Health and Medical Programs, which is located at www.aspm.ro, through which the user has access to information on the activity of the Association for Health and Medical Programs.

– site content: any material, any information, published on the site in any form – text, photos, graphics, audio, video;

– user: the person who accesses the site, for private or professional purposes and who has accepted the terms and conditions of use of this site;

– misuse: use of the site in a manner contrary to practice in the field, regulations and legislation in force or in any other way that may harm the Association for Health and Medical Programs.

The Association for Health and Medical Programs reserves the right to remedy in any manner permitted by law any violation of these terms and conditions, including violation of the ASPM rights regarding the organization’s logo and copyright and copyright related to the content of the site.

The site www.aspm.ro is made available to users to be used only for personal or professional interest and for educational purposes.

The content of the site www.aspm.ro is selected according to the criteria of the organization and at its free choice. The Association for Health and Medical Programs reserves the right to change the content of the site at any time, including its terms and conditions of use. The Association for Health and Medical Programs is not responsible for the consequences, including financial, arising from the use of the site, including its improper, improper or fraudulent use.

ASPM name and logo

The ASPM name and logo are the exclusive property of the Association for Health and Medical Programs. Unauthorized use is prohibited. They may not be copied or reproduced without the written permission of the Association.

Intellectual property rights

The content of the site www.aspm.ro is protected by Law 8/1996 on copyright and related rights.

All materials integrated into this site are the intellectual property of the Association for Health and Medical Programs. These materials may be copied or reproduced only with the indication of the source. The use of photographs is permitted only with the prior written consent of ASPM.

Donations

Donations can be made online through the website www.aspm.ro. The donor has the option to select the amount he wants to donate. The amount it will direct will be used by the Association for Health and Medical Programs for services provided to beneficiaries of active projects and campaigns for which donors express their donation. The donated amount is withdrawn from the bank card indicated by the user. If the donor completes his contact details, he will be entered in the database of ASPM supporters and will be regularly informed about the projects carried out, if he expresses this option.

PRIVACY POLICY

The personal data of the donors (name, surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address) are confidential information, which the Association for Health and Medical Programs collects and uses with maximum responsibility, by creating data protection policies and by implementation of these policies throughout the organization.

Thus, the Association for Health and Medical Programs will only ask donors for the information needed to:

  • registration of the donation in the financial-accounting documents of the organization
  • confirmation of receipts
  • information on the destination of the donated amounts
  • other opportunities to support the organization’s work

Donors may request at any time the modification or deletion of personal data that ASPM holds about them at the e-mail address: contact@aspm.ro.

Donors may also request the addition or correction of personal data in accordance with GDPR regulations.

Although the General Data Protection Regulation applies in all states of the European Union, the GDPR cannot annul the national legal provisions that establish the retention of personal data in financial documents. For example, according to the law, personal data (name, surname, CNP, address, identity card data) from financial documents (invoices, account statements, receipts, registers) will be kept for up to 10 years from the date of their generation. In this case, the information cannot be deleted, even if there is a request to that effect from the donor.

If the deletion of the information is not against the law, the personal data of the donor will be deleted from the database within 30 calendar days from the date of the request.

After consenting to the collection, processing and storage of personal data, they are kept in the database of the Association for Health and Medical Programs for 3 years.

We assure you that:

We will never provide information about you to other companies that are considering marketing programs.

We will keep you up to date with our work, both in terms of our promotion and fundraising campaigns and in terms of the services we offer.

We will only use your information when we have your prior consent.

You can always tell us how you want the Association for Health and Medical Programs to communicate with you, including how you want to be contacted. We assure you that we will fully comply with your request.

We will take all security measures to protect your personal data through security policies and procedures.
